SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are determined by weight and controlled through third party shipping services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Before shipping, we always do our best to pack our products as part of our service to you because many are quite delicate. If your order becomes damaged via mail, please contact us at hello@creativeamme.com and we will do our best to replace it depending on the circumstances.

Because many of our products are custom designed and lasered to order please allow at least two weeks for production before shipping. We will always do our best to make sure that these custom orders get to you within the agreed time frame. Should your order get lost due to mechanical errors, or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit via FEDEX/UPS or any other third party mailing service for these reasons or other reasons not mentioned. We also cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping after we have shipped out your item. Refunds are not provided for in-transit delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please unpack & review all items, and let us know if there are damage or shipping issues within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to remedy them before your event. Because all of our work is custom made, we typically will not do returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we know that mistakes and damages can happen while products are in-transit. Should any product arrive to you damaged while in transit, depending on our current order volume and your order’s complexity, we will do our best to replace it. These returns and exchanges due to in-transit damage will be possible based on a case-by-case basis and up to our discretion. Due to the handmade nature of our products refunds will not be offered for minor imperfections or errors in the context of lettering, spacing, and natural materials. We are not held responsible for any items lost in transit via FEDEX/UPS or any other third party mailing service. Refunds are not provided for in-transit delays. Design fees are non-refundable and account for 15% of the order total. SHIPPING/RUSH FEES/ DESIGN FEES ARE *NON-REFUNDABLE*
